THRRIV is dedicated to centering the voices of people who use drugs, sex workers, and other marginalized communities in harm reduction research and policy. We believe that safety, dignity, and autonomy must be at the core of public health strategies. Our mission is to co-create evidence-based, community-led solutions that reduce harm, promote health equity, and challenge harmful drug policies.
